RCK were instructed to work on a portfolio in the South of England for a provider of further education services, to mitigate their liabilities across the portfolio. After carrying out a thorough audit, RCK were able to secure mandatory relief across a number of sites which led to relief in some cases being applied many years retrospectively. This led to savings of over £200k.
