RCK were instructed to work on behalf of a film studio in Hampshire in order to reduce business rates liabilities. RCK identified multiple ways in which to reduce the liabilities at the site, firstly through ensuring that the measurements listed by the valuation office were correct as well as obtaining the Film Studio Relief which was introduced by the Government in 2024. Both reductions in liability have led to savings of over £200k.
